We need to support our Super Kids and our families
- Some of us have woken up one day only to realize that our world has turned upside down. No one wants to hear the words 'your child has cancer' but it's the reality for families every day, everywhere. It feels like you've been thrown deep into the ocean (oh and weighed down by 100 kilos) and being asked to float alone.
- We're here to empower and support families whose children are fighting cancer, also known as Superheroes or 'Abtal' أبطال, in this difficult journey by offering insights, guidance and services. We are a bunch of (sort of) survivors.. we survived hearing these harsh words and are learning how to float again and enjoy the sunshine.
- Our community includes children who are either going through cancer treatment (basically superheroes in the making!) or have finished treatments (also known as superheroes for life!). A few of us may have been forced to deal with our superheroes becoming angels, but we're still here and on our feet to support others.

Our experiences altogether are valuable for parents, especially those whose children have been newly diagnosed. We are here to offer our support, by guiding you on how to better plan unexpected hospital stays, seeking second opinions and dealing with annoying treatment side effects and psychological pressures etc.

Superheroes might feel lonely on their journeys fighting cancer and would appreciate meeting others - whether children currently fighting cancer or those that overcame it. We are here to nurture positive and inspiring relationships through one-to-one catch-ups and social events. They can also virtually meet if they prefer or if they are immunocompromised.

Families of superheroes have expressed interest to meet others on similar journeys to exchange experiences, ideas and hints. We will also be organizing free-of-charge workshop sessions with professionals - such as oncologists, psycho-oncologists, therapists, behavioural experts, nutritionists etc. As well as fun events such as camps and picnics.
